R.E.A.L. Girls

REAL Girls program stands for raising and empowering authentic leaders. This program introduces fourth- and fifth-grade girls to running, leadership, and empowerment. Participants will learn strength, endurance, resilience and more.

The club will meet two times a week (Mondays and Thursdays) during the springtime, with the opportunity to train together to run in a 5K race at the end of the season with other REAL girls throughout the district and coulee region.

Family Literacy & STEM Nights

Twice a year, our Emerson staff hosts with families and community partners engaging nights of learning, exploration, and FUN. Families participate in stations, share in a community dinner, and receive a special gift to continue the fun at home. In the 2025-2026 school year, we hosted:

• Under the Sea Family Literacy Night
• STEM Family Night (Partnered with UWL)
